The 5th ODR seminar - The first ever Middle East DVD Summit (MEDS) was held in Dubai in December 2002.
• Middle East Recording Media Summit-2004
In 2004 the 2nd MEDS was held in Dubai, even more successful and resulted in establishing the summit as an annual event. The 3rd Middle East Recording Media Summit (MERMS) is in tune with the accent on CD-R/DVD-R manufacturing.
• DISC-TECH Dubai Conference
3rd Middle East Recording Media Summit-November 29-30, 2004. Hyatt Regency, Dubai. The Optical Disc Replicator (ODR) Technical Seminar Series was launched in 1999 by Optical Disc Systems (ODS) magazine. The concept was to provide a neutral independent platform for the REMs*, RMPs** and RSPs*** dedicated to replication technology.
• Optical Disc Replicator Technical Seminar
Optical Disc Replicator Technical enjoys 18 years history, going back to 1986. Recording media manufacturing was very much the editorial focus of the earlier avatars of ODS, Playback & Fast Forward 1986-1992 and Studio Systems 1993-1999. ODS as the magazine is fondly referred to by the world’s leading gurus and pundits of optical disc technology was launched as an independent magazine in January 2000.
